assists AYBT with the necessary resources to provide athletic & social
opportunities to our members.

A Appreciation Gift
provides the opportunity to recognize the outstanding work of your favorite
coach, volunteer, teammate, official, parent, grandparent, sibling, or special
person wile supporting the programs of the AYBT.

A Commemorative Gift
is a personal remembrance that honors the life of a friend, relative, athlete
or volunteer with a gift of love and hope. As you honor those who have lived a
full life, you are also assisting those who are just beginning.

| The Internal Revenue Service issued a determination letter dated December 11,1998 which recognizes
the American Youth Basketball Tour of the United States, Inc. as exempt from federal income tax under Internal
Revenue Code section 501 (c) (3). The I.R.S. has staed the donors may deduct contributions to he AYBT as provided in section 170 of the
Internal revenue Code. |
