Teams are
required to check their game schedule 24 hours before their first game, in
case of schedule changes. It is the team's responsibility to be
at all the games on time. The date will be updated to reflect any time a
schedule change has been made. Teams that no show for AYBT games may be
subject to removal from all TOUR events without a refund. |

Policy: |
|
| $5.00 per day for adults and $4.00 for Senior Citizens and students. No weekend passes available. |

| Please be at every game at least 30 minutes before game time. |

Permission To Treat / Injury Information: |
|
| If you have signed up through the AYBT web site you should have a a copy for yourself just in case we need to get emergency help for a player. |

|
Scorekeeper / Timer: |
|
| Home Team- will provide an ADULT to keep the official book and supply the game ball.
Visiting Team- will provide an ADULT to keep the clock. |

| Problems
during the Event: |

| Each facility will have a full staff in case you need something or if a problem arrises. |
|
|
|
Concessions / Tour Store: |
|
| Each facility will have a full concession stand. No coolers will be allowed in any of the gyms. |
