Teams are
required to check their game schedule 24 hours before their first game, in
case of schedule changes. It is the team's responsibility to be
at all the games on time. The date will be updated to reflect any time a
schedule change has been made. Teams that no show for AYBT games may be
subject to removal from all TOUR events without a refund. |

| Admission
Policy: |
|
| Adults- $20 for weekend passes. Seniors and students between 6 and 18 are $15 for weekend passes. Daily passes are also available. WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN ON WRIST, PURSE, OR ANKLE ALL WEEKEND AND WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. |

Registration at Event: |
|
| Registration is being held on Wednesday from 2:00 PM through 8:00 PM at the Heiges Field House. All players must have a photo, a current grade or report card, and a copy of birth certificate. No exceptions. |
|
|
|
Permission To Treat / Injury Information: |
|
| Please make sure that each of you print off a copy of the permission to treat form and keep it in your folder. |
|
|
|
Scorekeeper / Timer: |
|
| Home Team- one adult to keep the book and also team must provide the game ball.
Visting Team- one adult to keep the clock. |
|
|
| Problems
during the Event: |
|
| Each gym will have a director to handle any problems. |
|
|
|
Concessions / Tour Store: |
|
| Each facility will have a concessin stand and there will be one AYBT Store to purchase this year's National merchandise. No COOLERS are allowed in the gyms. |
|
|
|
Miscellaneous Information: |
|
| All the activities will be posted by the weekend for you to review. The more participation we have in the events the better the experience your sons will have while here at Shippensburg. |
